Both in liquid or powder forms, badameat offers a selection of marinades proven to improve the overall performance of raw meat and fish preparations, by enhancing its quality, appearance, texture, flavor and extending shelf life.

Liquid Marinades: With olive and sunflower oils as a base, these mixtures are complete formulations with a high stability which give the final product a unique appearance, color, flavor, and durability. In addition, they are capable to hide flaws and discolorations of the raw meat (or fish) cuts and mixes, giving an attractive color and shine on the surface, which remains over time on the counters and on trays.

Powdered Marinades: Dehydrated mixes made with a combination of natural spices, herbs, condiments, and flavorings to marinate or cure all kinds of poultry, pork, veal, or fish before their cooking (baked, grilled, or roasted) to improve its juiciness and to add varied and distinctive flavors.

Our liquid blends are versatile and can be used with any type of red meat, poultry, pork, or seafood. Simply apply the blend directly onto the meat in a ratio of 50-60 grams per kilogram.

ORTOLANA SAUCE

Marinade based on olive and sunflower oil with a mixture of spices (turmeric, coriander, etc) and salt, in variable proportion with natural aromas.


MUSTARD SAUCE

Marinade based on sunflower oil, yellow mustard (with mustard seeds) and a combination of spices.


PEPERONI SAUCE

Marinade based on sunflower oil with red pepper, green pepper, mixture of species (turmeric, cumin, etc) and salt.


ARROSTO SAUCE

Marinade with sunflower oil with a mixture of vegetables and aromatic plants.


GYROS SAUCE

Marinade based on sunflower oil with a mixture of spices (paprika & cumin), aromatic plants (thyme and rosemary) and salt.


BARBECUE SAUCE

Marinade based on sunflower oil with a mixture of spices, paprika, dry peppers, aromatic plants, salt and smoky aroma.


PRIMAVERALIME SAUCE

Marinade based on olive and sunflower oil, with 12% lemon juice, a mixture of dehydrated vegetables and spices.


BASILISCO e ROSMARINO SAUCE

Marinade with sunflower oil with a mixture of aromatic plants (rosemary, onion, basil) and salt.
